A Letter From Previous Owners George & Lori
Dear Black Meadow Landing Family and Friends,
It is with mixed emotions that we write this letter to you, our cherished customers, as we bid farewell to the place that has been our home for so many years. We are embarking on a new journey and we are entrusting Black Meadow to Sky Resorts.
Thank you to all our customers for your many years of support; we couldn't have done this without it. Your loyalty and friendship have been the cornerstone of Black Meadow Landing's success, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you.
We will miss all of you and the friendships we have with so many of you. As we reflect on the countless memories shared and the bonds formed, we are filled with gratitude. The sense of community and warmth that emanates from each corner of Black Meadow Landing is a testament to the incredible people who have been a part of this journey.
We are looking forward to the new chapter in our life and have complete confidence we are leaving Black Meadow Landing in good hands. It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye, knowing we will miss each of you dearly. The camaraderie, laughter, and shared experiences will always hold a special place in our hearts. Yet, we are excited for the new chapter that awaits us.

Hey there!
I'm Rachelle Manthei from the marketing team at Sky Resorts, and it's a pleasure to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Black Meadow! We are a family owned and operated business.
My family's start in the RV and manufactured home industry traces its roots back to the early 1970s when my father, Tim Manthei (with the help of his brothers and cousins), began constructing a manufactured home and RV park just outside of Palm Springs, California. Now, with my generation at the helm, we're eager to build on the charm that exists at Black Meadow. You can see what we look like in the photo above!
George and Lori Field (the previous owners) have fostered community and taken care of this place for many years, and now we’re excited to step into that role. Our goal is to elevate the community spirit and create even more memorable experiences for you.
