Cozy Park Model Rentals Steps From Lake Havasu

Black Meadow Landing has a rich history and has retained much of its original charm since it was built over 50 years ago. While we are proud of this heritage, we also want to make you aware that the Park Models have not undergone significant updates in that time.

Our Park Models offer a nostalgic feel that reflects the era in which they were built. Guests often appreciate the unique character and warmth that come with this setting. These rental units have 1 bedroom with a full-size or queen bed and include a basic twin trundle bed in the living room.

While the rentals are equipped with all necessary essentials, they may lack some of the modern conveniences found in newer properties. We provide sheets, bath towels, some kitchen wares and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. 

We do not provide pillows or blankets for beds or toiletries so please remember to pack accordingly! The Park Models do not have coffee makers, microwaves or TVs.
