Visit our Sister Resorts After Your 150 Day Stay at BML!
As you may know, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a policy that limits an individual person to stay on a particular bureau property for up to 150 days per year. However, it is permissible to leave property such as RVs, boats, or otherwise all year long.
Here’s how we can help!
You can reserve your RV site for as long as you want, but you can’t be on property for more than 150 days a year. We want you to enjoy the area as much as possible for as many days out of the year as you can. Luckily, Sky Resorts owns and operates many other RV resort properties in the area including, Arizona Oasis RV Resort, just 1.5 hours south of Black Meadow Landing along the Colorado River!
at Arizona Oasis from April 1 to May 15!

The BLM is quite clear that it is the operator’s responsibility to enforce their policy, which is us. We intend to make it as easy as possible on you to account for your days with us. Everyone who makes a reservation over 150 days will be sent a link to black out days that you plan to leave the property during your reservation. These blacked out days will not count towards your 150 day allotment. Again, your property, such as your RV or boat trailer, may remain all year long without restriction.
Unfortunately, if someone is caught not following the rules they will be asked to leave as it is our responsibility to enforce this for the BLM and our commitment to honor the rules with the BLM is paramount.
